I love how Tracy is no-nonsense; she’s like my bad ass cheerleading coach from high school who wouldn’t stop until I nailed that shoulder stand.
She mixes up short pulses with still squeezes to tone and tighten. I felt like I had Halle Berry’s body when I was done.
The best part is you can choose from “The Full Squeeze” which is the full workout, “The Power Squeeze” which is only 30 minutes, and “The Custom Squeeze” which you can design yourself.
It’s kind of like a make-your-own salad bar. She switches between a gym and a roof, (maybe she got bored?) but it’s not distracting.
Tracy also focuses on posture and proper execution which is lost in many workout videos. Seeing as I sit at a desk all day, I appreciate the reminders to squeeze in my abs.
